Nita was amazing.! This was my first massage in quite a few years. Nita continually checked to make sure the pressure she was using was good and asking me if I was comfortable. Not only did she focus on the areas that were bothering the most, she also helped me focus on relaxing, provided suggestions that will benefit me in the future, and gained a new client that will definitely be coming back. Nita couldn’t have been better and I left very happy and extremely grateful for her attention to detail, her making sure I was comfortable the entire session, and her professionalism. I would like to thank Kirk for making my first experience at Massage 1 a fantastic one! I had requested to have my neck and shoulders focused on because I have a stubborn knot. As requested, Kirk concentrated on those areas and worked diligently to get that stubborn knot out. He was incredibly considerate and made sure to check in with me to make sure that the pressure wasn’t too much. He was also incredibly personable and it felt like I was chatting with a long time friend. Thanks to Kirk I am sleeping better and feeling much less tension in both my neck and shoulders not to mention less pain overall. Will definitely be recommending Massage 1 to friends and family.
