Kara is the best! She works on consistently painful areas with gentleness yet firm pressure to effect relief and release. It is always a worthwhile 90 minutes session!

As always, Jake listens and questions to pinpoint what is needed. He then would work on the problem areas with clear, concise techniques to help. It may not always be relaxing, but overall it is therapeutic and lasting. I would and have recommended Jake.

I've been frequenting Massage 1 in Henderson since 2014. Every Massage I have received has been exactly what I asked for. The staff is friendly and listens to your needs. Justin and Amelia are my favorites and fantastic at their abilities. You won't find a better establishment for an actual 60 minute massage.

Massage 1 is excellent! Very clean facilities and their therapists are wonderful. I recommend the facility on the west side.

Hands down that was the best massage I have ever had. I came into Massage 1 with the worst lower back pain. I literally was confined to my bed and couch for a week but Heather was amazing and worked my soreness out and today I feel even better. I can't wait to get my next massage.

I was concerned about signing up for a monthly program having had poor experiences in the past with others. However, this program is very efficient, very communicative, the massages are actually a full hour, and the therapists are very professional. Highly recommend!

My first visit to Massage 1 was in October of 2015. I had debilitating pain in my right shoulder and neck off and on for 3 years and all medical treatments failed to provide relief. As a last resort I called Massage 1 and was lucky enough to be assigned to Kim J. Within a week the pain began to subside and is now almost completely gone. I schedule monthly with Kim for preventative maintenance. Massage 1 has excellent employees, their facility is clean and happy, the price is affordable.

I went through all the bios and decided to pick Danielle. I was able to get in right away! I was a little apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. I have a neck injury, but really thought this might help. I had my husband go with me... not knowing what kind of place this was. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The front area.. the waiting area was clean nicely decorated. I filled out my paperwork and Aida was pleasant and professional. I was called back by Danielle. She was very polite, professional and listened to my concerns. She gave a great massage and the room was very nice and soothing. I am so happy that I found Massage 1! If you're looking for a nice clean and pleasant experience for a massage... don't look any further! I've already booked my next appointment!

I have been here several times and while all have been good, the very best for deep tissue massage is Camille. She knows the points to hit sometimes even when I don't know they are bothering me. She puts the right pressure and does not miss anything. If you want an outstanding massage don't hesitate to try Massage 1.

I am very satisfied with Yenny. Her work is excellent and she is a nice person too. She has greatly reduced my pain... and I am much more mobile. Also, I sleep like a baby. I am beginning to feel like a human being again.

Oall did a wonderful job attending all of my concerns, which means she paid attention to what I described. Her sensitivity found the roots of my issues and addressed them within the time provided. I felt much better when I left. BTW...I'm a massage therapist for almost 20 years now, and she has great potential to excel in this field.
