Our Centennial Hills Location is Being Relocated

We’re moving! As many of you already know, our Centennial Hills location is temporarily closed down. We ceased operations at the end of February as that location is in the process of being relocated. We had hoped that our new location would be ready in time for a smooth transition, but unfortunately that was not the case.

Although we do have our new location picked out, it’s going to be a few more months before we are able to open there. They are building the location for our needs, and we still have to finish getting our new licenses and permits for that location.

If everything works out, we expect to open at our new location in May-June of 2022. As soon as everything is finalized and we have a better idea of our expected opening date, we’ll announce it here, along with the new address, grand opening specials, etc.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our current Centennial customers. However, the wait should be worth it. Our new location will be MUCH bigger and nicer than the old Centennial location. We’ll have more rooms, more parking, and quieter neighbors! If you’ve been a client of ours in Centennial before, you know that all three of those things were desperately needed. 😀

While we are waiting for the new location to open, many of your favorite therapists are filling in at our Henderson and Southwest locations. Many of them don’t have an established clientele outside of the Centennial location, so they would all love it if you’d consider coming to see them at our other two locations while we wait for the new one to open. Please consider booking an appointment in the next few months with them at Henderson or Southwest to help them stay busy!

We Are Closed on January 31st

All Massage 1 locations will be closed on Monday, January 31st, 2022. This was a planned closure due to a company meeting taking place that day. We’ll resume operations on February 1st with normal business hours. Thank you and we hope to see you soon! 🙂

Unfortunately because of many circumstances, Massage 1 will not be participating in a special gift card sales event this holiday season. We apologize to our clients that look forward to this every year! It’s been a busy few months trying to adapt to this new economy, and our efforts have been focused on finding filling vacant staff positions and preparing for 2022. We have major updates coming soon for next year that will be published at the end of December.

2021 Holiday Hours

The holiday season is now in full swing! Here is a list of dates where our offices will either be closed or have reduced hours this month. The following closures affect all Massage locations.

December 24: Closing at 3PM.

December 25: Closed.

December 31 – January 1: Closed

Other than these dates above, we should be operating within normal hours for the rest of the month. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year! 🙂

We Are Closed on November 1st

Optional Memberships are Back!

Would you like to come in multiple times per month? Then our optional membership program is for you. Get additional massages as low as $49.99 when you join our on-demand membership program anytime you checkout.

You asked for it and we have delivered! Massage 1 created our membership program to meet the demands of our clients who wanted to get massage on a more regular basis. We listened to client feedback and created a program that would give benefits similar to our competitors but would still not require clients to commit to any long term contracts. This club is specifically tailored for clients who come at least once a month, and offers discounts for those who come more often.

Our new membership program blows our competitors away! You are now in full control of your membership. You only signup and pay when its convenient for you. You’re never locked into automatic charges or having to cancel and lose your perks. If you get massage about once a month or less, this program is probably not for you. But for those who come in more than once a month, it does offer some nice perks that you’ll be able to take advantage of.

Pay a flat rate of $19.99 anytime you checkout to begin your enrollment. From that point on, all additional massages you receive for the next 30 days will then be discounted! All weekday 1 hour massages are discounted to $49.99, and weekend 1 hour massages are just $59.99. Discounts are available on longer sessions as well. Joining our membership program is completely optional. We do not force our clients to sign up for a membership to enjoy our signature low rates. The program was created because of client demand, and is meant as an optional benefit for clients who choose to use it. While other businesses pressure their clients to join their program or pay outrageous costs, members pay the same rate that for their first massage of the month that non-members pay anytime. We will never require memberships to take advantage of our signature low prices.
